The Flight Crew to Flight Dispatch Transition Course was designed because of high demands from experienced flight crewmembers, civilian and military, wanting to transition to Flight Dispatch. Some because of curiosity, some because of new job functions at the airlines where Flight Ops knowledge is required and many because of finalizing their military service and wanting to continue in aviation.
