ADFP (Advanced Dispatch Flight Planning) Course
The purpose of this course is for students to get hands-on practice and simulate an experienced aircraft dispatcher’s workflow. It is meant for those interested in dispatching not only domestically but internationally, specifically to remote geographic areas such as Polar, South America, Pacific and North Atlantic areas among other complex areas, airspaces and airports.
In this course we will go over Advance Meteorology, Aircraft Performance and systems, ETOPS/EDTO application procedures, ICAO Docs and Government Regulations, Advanced Navigation, ATC procedures, NOTAMS, Flight permits and much more.
The aircraft to be used in this course is an Airbus 330, as it is one of the most technologically advanced aircraft flying our skies today and used by most major airlines.
Expect to be pushed to the limit and put your knowledge and multi-tasking skills to work with real-life situations and complicated flight plans. You will have the opportunity to flight follow numerous flights at the same time.
By demonstrating to students how to safely and efficiently find a solution to tough situations that aircraft dispatchers are faced with on a daily basis is another way Mr. Luis Guerrero brings his vast knowledge and experience to the training curriculum and makes the training as real as possible.
An ADFP Certificate will be awarded to students after successfully passing all required training.
* If ADFP is combined with our ETOPS course, the total cost for both courses will be discounted to $700 USD.
* A special price of $300 USD is offered to all TAS Aircraft Dispatcher graduates. If combined with ETOPS, the total cost for both courses will be discounted to $600 USD.
